Wehani rice is a variety of aromatic brown rice developed in the late 20th century by Lundberg Family Farms of Richvale, California. Wehani Rice originated from a type of Indian basmati seed. Considered an aromatic rice, Wehani is a light clay-colored brown rice that splits slightly when cooked. Wehani is a beautiful brownish red, with long grains. 2. Improves Skin

The rich content of fiber and other essential minerals in wehani rice work well to make your skin blemish-free. Contain manganese. This trace mineral helps produce energy from protein and carbohydrates and is involved in the synthesis of fatty acids, which are important for a healthy nervous system, and in the production of cholesterol. Once eaten, carbs are broken down into smaller sugars (glucose, fructose, and galactose) to be used as energy for immediate tasks.

4. Anti-Inflammatory

Rice is gluten-free, which makes it ideal for consumption by people with gluten insensitivities who may suffer from serious intestinal issues if they accidentally consumed food with gluten. If you are seeking to reduce the inflammatory load on your body, rice is an ideal addition to a healthy diet plan.

5. Cardiovascular Benefits
