New Manifestation Techniques to Help Attract What You Desire

Most of us have heard of the law of attraction or manifestation, the principle stating that we attract experiences and circumstances that are of the same frequency as our thoughts and beliefs. Manifestation is the idea of filling your thoughts with things you positively speak about.

If we put out positive thoughts, we receive positive results and if we send out negative energy, we attract less than desirable events and situations. When done right, sending out feelings of gratitude can cause a massive shift in your vibrational energy. It’s important to incorporate habits into your life to cultivate this.

Essentially, manifestation is bringing something tangible into your life through attraction and belief, i.e. if you think it, it will come. However, there is more to manifestation than willpower and positive thinking. Manifesting is making everything you want to feel and experience a reality… via your thoughts, actions, beliefs, and emotions.

While everyone approaches manifestation differently, we’re sure that many of you are familiar with vision boards, journaling, visualization, etc. You can keep telling yourself all day long that you are abundant, but if in your heart and your bones you know that it’s not true, you’re going to have a tough time shifting yourself into that abundant vibration.

Visualizations and affirmations are the most popular, and for good reason! They’re straightforward for beginners and powerful for the more experienced. However, there are other manifestation techniques that you should be using if you want to learn how to really attract what you desire.

55×5 Manifesting Formula

The 5×55 method is about writing a specific desire 55 times for 5 days in a row. Essentially, this manifestation method is a restructuring system for the subconscious mind. The idea is to change your subconscious thought patterns over 5 consecutive days so that your thoughts make a direct connection with the energetic frequency of your desires.

Switchwords

Switchwords are single words and can be called one-word affirmation. By declaring, affirming, chanting, singing or even just by thinking one word, you can reliably bring into existence desired conditions, manifestations or results in your life.

They address your subconscious mind, which usually doesn’t deal in words (emotions are its currency). Each switchword is an essence of a particular condition, manifestation or result in your life. When we declare or repeat a switchword, the associated condition, manifestation or result reliably appears, either immediately or over time.

You say them – out loud or in your head – until you get the result you need, or you sense what’s blocking you. It could be ten minutes or a few weeks. The idea is that you build the habit of saying them into your day.

If you are curious about using switchwords and don’t know where to start, try these out:

  • TOGETHER: the master switchword, bringing you TOGETHER as one, so your conscious and subconscious beliefs are aligned.
  • DIVINE brings you a miracle.
  • BE-DONE to speed up a request.
  • ALERT – to increase awareness and be mindful.
  • CHANGE to deal with pain.
  • CURVE to feel beautiful.
  • HELP to stop procrastination and uncertainty.
  • WATCH to learn a skill.
  • ZEN to get into a meditative state.

You just chant them out loud, under your breath or in your head. At least 10 times just to make sure. If you do it at a regular time or times throughout the day, then you won’t forget.

Afformations

Afformations are an affirmation turned into a question and questions automatically cause our minds to seek answers. “I am so happy and successful” becomes “Why am I so happy and successful?”.

A classic affirmation is, “I am rich.”

The problem is, for many people, when they say things like “I am rich” – their brain responds, “Yeah, right!” That means you don’t believe these positive statements you’re telling yourself.

However, an Afformation is an empowering question that assumes that what you want is already true or has already happened.

For example, in this case, instead of saying “I am rich” you could afform, “Why am I so rich?”

Using your brain’s embedded presupposition factor – which means your brain is programmed to search for answers to questions – your mind starts to search for the answer to your new question, which causes your mind to focus on what’s RIGHT with you and what you HAVE, rather than what’s WRONG with you and what you LACK.

Manifestation is the idea of filling your thoughts with things you positively speak about. Before you embark on the journey, you have to believe in yourself. These techniques have no power other than the power you give them other than the power you give them.

While every technique is effective, it may not work every time. If you pay close attention, you’ll realize that some techniques work better than others depending on your mindset and mood. The whole purpose of using them is to move you into a better mental state and achieve your dream life. Remember, the form of energy that operates in our thoughts can bring positive or negative consequences.
