4 Natural Headache Remedies

WATER AND CAYENNE PEPPER

PEPPERMINT OIL MASSAGE

Massage 5-10 drops of peppermint oil on your temples and the base of your neck. The smell will help relax while peppermint’s anti-inflammatory properties will help widen blood vessels to improve blood flow.

MAGNESIUM (EPSOM SALT) BATH  

Mineral magnesium (better know as Epsom salt) helps relax nerves that carry pain impulses to the brain and also eases internal inflammation. Add two cups to your bath water to reap the benefits.
